Understanding users, customers, and business intents and needs are paramount to focusing on the right goals for the design of useful, elegant solutions. Using workshops, contextual interviews, heuistic evaluations, data-mining, and other modes of testing, we collect data that guides design, engineering, and business decisions.
Using the data and knowledge gained through research to help guide design and technology decisions throughout the product lifecycle, Tim parses this information to create Customer Journey Maps, User Personas, taxonomies and Information Archicture, low-level wireframes and user-flows, as well as other deliverables.
Once we have agreed on information architecture, interaction, user-flows, and prelimiary work, we craft visual designs, interactive prototypes, presentations and other supporting materials for engineering and executive stakeholders
